We understand things don't always go as planned and you might need to reschedule or cancel your course booking.
If your circumstances change and you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as you can via email/phone. We will do everything we can to find a suitable alternative or process your cancellation and refund in line with the following terms and conditions.
Changing your course booking
If you need to swap to a diffrent course or another date or venue require prior consent from DizzyCare Clinic Ltd/DizzyCare Academy.
In exceptional circumstances, we may need to change your booking. If we do, we will always do our best to offer you a suitable alternative. If youchoose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund. Course booking can be transferred between delegates but require prior concent from DizzyCare Clinic Ltd/DizzyCare Academy.
Cancelling your course booking
You have the right to cancel your booking. Cancellations made 4 weeks before the course date will recieve a 100% refund, 1 week before the course date will receive a 50% refund and no refund for less than one week before the course date.
If it is necessary to cancel a course delegates will receive a full refund of course fees, but DizzyCare Clinic Ltd / DizzyCare Academy will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred by the delegates including travel and accommodation expenses.
