Our balance system starts deteriorating before we become aware of it. Poor balance creates issues such as neck pain,
risk of falling and activity avoidance.
While physical activities and fitness exercises will stimulate vestibular systems, unlike the muscular and cardio-vascular
systems, the vestibular systems do not get challenged properly in these activities. In fact, the conventional instruction would
be for anyone reports of dizziness off-balance when doing exercises is to stop and rest. While stoping the activity and taking
rest may be necessary, what's important is to find out what caused the off-balance and dizziness and improve balance control
through vestibular-specific balance exercises
