<p>I have suffered with Vestibular migrane and PPPD for 17 months and for the first 3 months I was so ill because of the dizziness and many other symptoms that come with it that I couldnt work and could barely function. After being incorrectly diagnosed I went to a private neurologist to get a proper diagnosis. After following a migraine diet, taking medication, changing how much sleep I get, water intake and many other lifestyle changes I was back at work part time but still not able to live a normal life .<br /> After a while I decided to seek further help so I could take part in daily life more and have periods of time that I wasnt dizzy. My GP wasnt keen to help and my referral to the neurologist through the NHS got declined.<br /> After searching online I came across Samy &Atilde;&nbsp;nd made an enquiry. Samy immediately got in touch and has been having regular online appointments with me for quite a few months. Samy confirmed my diagnoses and gave me more life style changes and lots of vestibular exercises to do. Each week he would review my progress and then change and add exercises as appropriate.<br /> Since working with Samy I have made many improvements and am able to function much more normally. When I do get a migarane attack they are less severe and dont last as long. I am able to manage them much better now with the help of Samy.<br /> This time last year I thought I would have to miss out on so much because of my illness and although there are some things I will always avoid like rollercoaters, concerts and boats I am able to do lots more with my children that I worried I wouldnt be able to do again.<br /> Thanks for all you help Samy its much appreciated</p>

<p>Hi Samy<br /> After twenty three thankful days of being dizzy free I feel I can write to you about my thoughts on this unfamiliar status.<br /> For nearly twenty five years I have coped with chronic dizziness, sometimes at a low level and others at disturbing high level. It was always there. Sometimes, I would get out of bed and fall over due to imbalance issues. These were days of malfunction and having to stay off work.<br /> I am a retired school teacher and this caused work issues as you can imagine. I felt woolly headed for a lot of the time and found concentration challenging.<br /> My quality of life was decreasing and I was clinically depressed and placed on anti-depressants.<br /> Since being a patient of yours recently and you diagnosing and successfully treating the problem I have had no reoccurrence of dizziness or imbalance issues.<br /> The plague has left and I can get back to being myself after all these years. I was never diagnosed before and certainly not given any therapy or support and was resigned to coping with this for the rest of my life.<br /> It was steadily getting worse. I have had countless scans but to no avail. I cannot thank you enough for this liberation. People often make fun of dizziness and imply drunkenness... take more water with it attitudes. <p>After weeks of unsuccessful doctors visits and multiple medications, I stumbled across the DizzyCare clinic.<br /> I emailed and received a response and online appointment the same day.<br /> Samy put me immediately at ease and after only two appointments I am feeling much better.<br /> I would not hesitate to use the dizzy clinic again although am hoping I wont need too.</p>

<p>I have been suffering with recurring bouts of BPPV for some time now, having had my first attack whilst on holiday in Cyprus 6 to 7 years ago, and then suffering at least twice a year.<br /> Since then the GPs have been palming me off with various medications, initially Stemetil/prochlorperazine and more recently betahistine. These have provided some relief, but have never been that successful in suppressing the symptoms, which have sometimes been quite extreme.<br /> My wife discovered Samy&acirc;&euro;&trade;s dizzy care clinic on Google and we decided to get in touch. An amazingly quick response from Samy himself - the same day in fact - and, in no time at all, we had booked our first online consultation.<br /> After just two additional sessions, a couple of Epley Manoeuvres and a range of simple exercises, my BPPV vanished, and has not returned since. If it does, we feel confident we can undertake the exercises ourselves at home.<br /> I can&rsquo;t t thank Samy enough &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; BPPV can be quite a debilitating experience, but he has convinced me that there is no need to wait for medication or suffer again in silence.</p>

<p>Thank you so much Samy for assessing me so quickly. I emailed via the website on Thursday evening and by Friday I was booked in. Samy was so thorough and informative and diagnosed my onset of dizziness as a withdrawal symptom from coming of SSRI&acirc;&euro;&trade;s. After seeing doctors/GPS all week and diagnosing me with all sorts and prescribing me with anti sickness, I was conscious that I didn&acirc;&euro;&trade;t want to take further medication and was keen to try something natural. <p>Samy&#39;s excellent lifestyle advice and course of treatment has given me back my energetic life that I thought I had lost for ever.<br /> Following a left temporal lobe stroke, I became chronically dizzy, with frequent episodes of vertigo and nausea and other neurological symptoms. After six months I was finding it increasingly hard to do anything at all normally.<br /> My GP did not see me personally. During a brief phone call he was dismissive of my questions and was only prepared to trial symptom relief medication, which made me worse.<br /> Fortunately, Samy was recommended to me by a friend who had been treated by him. I was given a wonderfully quick response and detailed assessment questionnaires followed by a face to face screen consultation (FaceTime video).<br /> It was such a relief to be told at the first appointment that Samy knew what was wrong and could help me. I had developed chronic vestibular migraine as a result of my stroke, with secondary PPPD.<br /> Within a week of starting drug free lifestyle treatment my constant dizziness and nausea had subsided and I was able to continue with progressive exercises to correct PPPD.<br /> Some of the Lifestyle advice was initially challenging to follow, but so worthwhile that it is now habitual.<br /> I am symptom free and Samy has given me the tools I need to manage migraine attacks when they do occur in the long term.<br /> I am hugely grateful.</p>

<p>I would like to thank Samy for his attentive methods that have helped to dramatically lessen my symptoms.<br /> Before I was treated by Samy, the scores on my questionnaire that measures general steadiness and well-being were very high, which meant I had a lot of different symptoms.<br /> After implementing the exercises and lifestyle changes suggested by Samy, I continuously felt better, my migraines reduced and the constant giddiness lessened.<br /> In my final session, the scores on my questionnaire were so different, it was almost like another person was filling it out.<br /> I would highly recommend Samy for his knowledge and understanding of vestibular issues.</p>

<p>Sammy I thank you for the treatment I received, After 18weeks of feeling very dizzy .<br /> I started with vertigo in March 2021 its a very frightening think to happen to you , I got up one morning and couldn&#39;t stand up and the room was spinning .<br /> This went on for some time , So when I come across Sammy I was relived someone that understood how I was feeling.<br /> With change of diet and exercise which was done by zoom with Sammy was amazing. And within 6 weeks I was feeling better .</p>

<p>I approached Samy because I was incapacitated by vertigo.<br /> I had had the condition on and off for over a decade, seen two ENT consultants and many other doctors and before my treatment with Samy I was feeling wholly defeated by it because my GPs, having tried me on beta blockers and anti convulsants had said there was nothing more to be done.<br /> Samy listened, explained, described and carried out my treatment with compassion and in a way that gave me great confidence, This was all done online, through WhatsApp, which worked very well), and my vertigo was gone more or less immediately, with his exercises restoring both my balance and my confidence over the following weeks.<br /> I understand there is no guarantee my vertigo wont return but I no longer feel the anxiety I previously had because I know that the condition can be managed.<br /> I cant thank him enough.</p>

<p>Every year on her birthday my mum treated herself to a 1k swim, a 5k walk and a 5k bike ride.<br /> In July of 2019 she started with dizzy spells, over the next 2 years she had scans, tests and numerous consultants visits and nothing could solve the dizziness.<br /> In June 2021it became so bad she couldnt walk without assistance. Thats when Samy came in.<br /> Samy diagnosed vestibular migraine and motion intolerance. He set a list of foods to avoid and week by week a series of exercises.<br /> They were not difficult but were challenging. After 12 weeks mum started to reintroduce the foods she had been avoiding.<br /> It is now September 2021. Was it worth it, absolutely, I have my mum back.<br /> Yes she worked hard at the exercises but Samy gave her the strength and encouragement to carry on.<br /> She has the occasional dizzy spell but just pauses a moment and it passes. I can never thank Samy enough for all he has done.</p>

<p>I have been diagnosed with BPV and had a virtual treatment with Samy as I was feeling very dizzy and unwell.
